We are seeking a Privacy Manager who will lead our efforts in privacy and data protection.

 Direct Reporting and Accountability

The Privacy Manager will report directly to the Partner. This position is key to ensuring that the areas’ strategy aligns with corporate objectives.


  • University degree in Law and preferably a Masters’ degree in Privacy, Telecommunications Law, Cybersecurity, Digital Law or similar.
  • Valuable certification in privacy and persona data protection regulation (CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPD etc.).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in privacy and data protection, with at least 3 years in management roles.
  • Proven experience in consultancy or law firm and managing complex teams and projects.
  • Experience in providing advisory services in the financial sector is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of national and international privacy regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge on cybersecurity and IA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.



  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the part of the privacy team (5-12 people), ensuring the achievement of objectives and the quality of services offered.
  • Strategy and Development**: Develop and implement privacy and data protection strategies for our clients.
  • Consulting and Auditing**: Conduct privacy consultations and audits, offering personalised and effective solutions.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate privacy policies into all projects.
  • Continuous Update**: Stay updated on privacy and data protection regulations and trends and train the team in these areas.
  • Representation: Repesent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening our network of contacts and client relationships.


Specific Tasks

  • Analyse and evaluate privacy risks in projects and operations.
  • Advise on new complex initiatives and how they are to be regulated under privacy law.
  • Design and implement privacy policies and procedures.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA).
  • Oversee security incidents and manage appropriate responses.
  • Develop privacy training and awareness programmes for employees and clients.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of privacy and data protection for client senior management.
  • Provide advice on cybersecurity and AI regulations.
  • Promote the use of the company’s software solutions in the resolution of the daily tasks by the team.
  • Participate in the business development process.
  • Participate in the elaboration of proposals for new projects and services.
  • Control the time dedication and invoicing process of the clients you oversee.

Salary Scheme and Benefits
