From B-Lawyer, we are recruiting for our client, an investment fund + Servicer, an attorney specialized in Secured Debt management to join the company’s team of attorneys and legal department.
Candidate Profile
- Law degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Secured Debt management and recover
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage foreclosures
- Strong foundation in bankruptcy law; experience in managing these procedures is highly valued
- Good communication and negotiation skills
The ideal candidate will join the company’s team of attorneys. They will manage a volume of 250 cases from start to finish and will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the procedures. Monthly, they will conduct Legal Tours to the courts to expedite proceedings. Additionally, they will be assigned external law firms to oversee.
